Alvin, TX and Manvel, TX area Girls - Are you a Girl Scout? Join Now!!

As a Girl Scout Troop leader, I'm getting excited about all of our plans for the upcoming 2013-2014 girl scouting year.

Because the Girl Scouts are "Girl Led", I've been finding new options and ideas throughout the summer for the girls to choose from. Aside from a totally awesome Halloween Party that I've planned, the girls will have all kinds of choices on everything from crafts to field trips, topics we delve into and more!  I can hardly wait to see what they choose and embark on this year's journey with my girls!

Girl Scouting today isn't like it was when some of us were girls...it's even better!

Today scouting reaches far and wide, introducing girls to interests and unique opportunities they may have never had without the Scouts.  It isn't all about camping and cookies, although they are part of the fun.

The only thing that could help make this year better is you!

If you are interested in registering a 1st grade girl, I'd love to have her join my troop.  And if not mine, let me help you find a troop that is a better fit.  If you are interested in joining the Girl Scouts please contact me or attend on of the Alvin Area Girl Scout Registration Rallies this week!
